Born on the Fourth of July in Pretoria, South Africa, my life and career have been shaped by an uncompromising commitment to faith, personal discipline, and the rigorous study of applied physics. From my foundational schooling through engineering studies at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and the University of South Africa (UNISA), I dedicated decades to mastering the principles of electromagnetics, analog logic systems, and dynamic power generation.
In 1990, I immigrated to the United States, finding in this constitutional Republic the ultimate proving ground for enterprise and innovation. Across more than three decades—from Boston and Washington, D.C., to permanently establishing operations in Palm Beach County, Florida—I channeled that knowledge into continuous hardware development. That lifelong dedication culminated in securing a United States Patent (USPTO) for Permanent Magnetic Generators, establishing a proprietary foundation for fuel-independent, distributed baseload energy.
Recognizing that modern resilience depends entirely on the vital nexus of energy, water, and food security, that patent portfolio evolved into a focused industrial ecosystem. Through Theron Energy Corporation, Theron H2O, and our specialized technology divisions, our mandate is singular: architect robust, behind-the-meter microgrid power, advanced closed-loop water systems, and heavy industrial hardware engineered to safeguard communities, enterprise data centers, and critical infrastructure against grid disruption.
Having served in uniform and witnessed the true cost of liberty, I hold an enduring reverence for the United States, our flag, and the sovereign principles that sustain this nation. In honor of my late brother Carel Johannes Theron, my brothers-in-arms, and all who have sacrificed in defense of freedom, my work remains dedicated to the glory of God Almighty, the strength of my family, and the enduring resilience of the American Republic.
